Shipping Information

Orders are shipped FOB from their point of manufacture. Orders we will ship Standard Ground unless otherwise requested.  Items which are too large or too heavy will be shipped by truck.  Oversized, very large or heavy shipments will  be sent via an LTL (Less than Truck Load) carrier.  You will be notified in advance of these arrangements.

We can deliver to most locations in the United States. Due to UPS and carrier restrictions, we cannot deliver to PO boxes, APO, or FPO addresses.

If you would like to have us ship your order and bill it to your account, please provide us with the carrier name and your account number on your request for quote.

Where you have not specified a third party billing account, we will add the freight to the invoice. All shipments require a signature to receive.  UPS shipments are sent insured.

Premo-Promos.com ships from many facilities throughout the US.  If you have ordered multiple items, they may ship from different facilities. They may arrive to you at different times and in separate shipments. When ordering multiple items you may specify different methods of shipping per item.

Premo-Promos.com is not responsible for damages incurred during shipment. All claims or charges must be filed by you with your freight carrier. We will assist you in any way with any problems you may encounter. Please contact us at 407-610-1138 or customerservice@premo-promos.com.

Split Shipments

We can split your shipment for delivery to multiple locations. Please note any special shipping requests on your order. You may also contact us at customerservice@premo-promos. or call us at 407-610-1138.

International Shipments

Premo-Promos.com will help you arrange shipments outside the United States. We will work with you to facilitate and clearing with little or no problems.  However, because of unanticipated delays inherent in overseas shipments we cannot always guarantee delivery at a specific time or day. Premo-Promos.com will ALWAYS abide by all national and international restrictions on importing and exporting goods. Not all products can be shipped to all nations. All international freight shipments will be quoted in US dollars separately.

Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times will be included in your quote.  A firm shipment date will be supplied upon receipt of the final, approved and signed order.  Note that each line item should arrive within its total delivery time. Choosing multiple line items should neither speed up nor slow down your order.

Production time is based on receiving your order with valid method of payment and design information. On orders where you have requested Samples and Pre-Production Proofs, the production timing begins when we receive your approval. All times reflect business days.
