Thus, if the merchandise is defective or if we made a mistake in the order, we will gladly take back the product within 30 days of your purchase's arrival. If you wish to return an item, please contact Customer Service at 407-610-1138 or e-mail us at customerservice@premo-promos.com. Please do not return the items to an address on the packing materials. In many cases the facility processing the return will not be the same one that shipped the goods. We will provide you with the specific information you need. Upon receipt and inspection of the returned materials, credit will be posted to your account or a refund issued. |
