Premo-Promos LLC started out as an exciting, brick and morter promotional products company serving the
local businesses around New Orleans. In 2001, the Premo-Promos.com website was launched to serve
our existing customers, but as a result, it helped to expand our client base to include businesses and
organizations throughout the United States and abroad. The power of the internet, coupled with
quality customers like you, has helped Premo-Promos to grow into one of the top promotional product
distributors in America; and we have you to thank for that! In 2006, to better serve our customers, our main offices have moved to beautiful Orlando, Florida, and we still have the second sales office in Daphne, Alabama. And although we are now officially "internet-based" and "high-tech", we have never lost the high-touch that began with our brick and mortar roots. The very foundation of our business, and our name, is customer service. Derived from the Latin primus (first, or in the first place), we also take our name from the word premium, which means of exceptional quality. While premium promotions (hence Premo-Promos) are our specialty, Premium Customer Service is the keystone of our business. Our goal is simple: 100% customer satisfaction. |
